St Andrew's Manifesto

VOTE FOR ST.ANDREW
DON’T BE BLUE, VOTE FOR BLUE!

At Oakdene Primary, all of you do fantastic work and behave superbly. Without doubt, you should be rewarded for these efforts.

It is St Andrew’s view that, although our current dojo system has made a good start with rewards, it currently doesn’t go far enough.

Surely you want a school where your excellence is really rewarded?

We may not get another chance to change the dojo system and some of you may be in school for up to 6 more years.

Vote St Andrew – Good Work Means Good Prizes.

OUR MANIFESTO

•    Winning Dojo team will receive a 10 minute supervised break on a Friday afternoon.
•    Teams need to be organised properly - to ensure fairness.
•    When counting class dojos, use the mean average so that it is fair because in a class, some teams have 5 people in it and then some teams have 9.
•    We can have better individual prizes in the Friday assembly without costing too much.
•    The 2 individual dojo winners from each class will wear their own clothes on the following Monday to make them feel more special.
•    Teachers will be more consistent in how they give out dojos.

DON’T BE BLUE, VOTE FOR BLUE.
