Mental Health and Well Being

We have brought together some activities to support everyone during this lockdown, especially for Mental Health week. 

Please look at them and see if there are any activities you can do, possibly as a family to help people feel happier. 

Physical activity also helps with mental health and you will see some videos on Seesaw from Mr. Hodgkinson soon.

Remember - it is OK not to be OK and we all have 'down' days.
